When you use the contact or quote request form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry. We don’t collect this information any other way, and we don’t require you to create an account or provide any information just to browse the site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, or arrange a booking. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we don’t add you to any mailing list without your separate consent.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are stored securely within this website’s database and may also be sent to our email address. We keep enquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records, after which they may be deleted.
Embedded content and third-party services
Some pages on this site embed content from other services — for example Spotify or YouTube players used to showcase past work, or a SoundCloud player on the Sample Packs page. These embeds may collect data about your interaction with them (such as IP address and browser information) according to their own privacy policies, in the same way as if you visited those sites directly. We don’t control this data collection.
Sample pack purchases are processed externally through Gumroad, which has its own privacy policy and handles all payment information — we don’t see or store your payment details.
Cookies
This site doesn’t currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Some basic technical cookies may be set by WordPress or our hosting provider to keep the site running smoothly and securely. If this changes in future — for example if we add analytics — we’ll update this policy.
Your rights
